You will learn about the options available to you that you can access daily to support your own recovery in areas:
- Planning day to day activities
- Staying in touch with family and friends
- Effectively managing self care and appearance.
- Positive mind-set and commitment
You will implement coping strategies:
- Taking time out
- Talking to family and friends
- Maintaining positive routines
- Accessing the recovery community
- Reflecting back on structured treatment and what you have learned.
