You will learn about the options available to you that you can access daily to support your own recovery in areas:

  • Planning day to day activities
  • Staying in touch with family and friends
  • Effectively managing self care and appearance.
  • Positive mind-set and commitment

You will implement coping strategies:

  • Taking time out
  • Talking to family and friends
  • Maintaining positive routines
  • Accessing the recovery community
  • Reflecting back on structured treatment and what you have learned.
